During my recent stay at Kirchenwirt, I found the experience to be a thoughtful blend of value and comfort. The spacious deluxe room featured a cozy sitting area, offering stunning views of the lake. While the room was adequately equipped, the diagonal ceiling limited usable space. the restful environment and spotless cleanliness compensated for this minor inconvenience. The hotel remains exceptionally dog-friendly, allowing pets in the restaurant and bar area, which makes it an appealing choice for travelers with furry companions. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a delightful range of fresh, local products-truly a good way to start the day. With direct access to the lake and a nearby ferry dock, the location is advantageous. Guests can enjoy the local area through various activities such as paddleboarding. While the restaurant served decent meals, it didn't fully match the high expectations set by the overall experience. Kirchenwirt provides a practical and enjoyable stay with a good balance of luxury and affordability, making it suitable for those seeking both comfort and value in their travels.
